They would consistently tell me they would get to my car by a certain day/time or give a call by a certain time on a particular day, and they never did - I always had to do the calling and follow up myself. However, when I did call, they were quick on the phones and quick to respond which I did appreciate. Overall, I would recommend them to someone else."
